Job Description:

This successful individual will be responsible for managing accounts to promote sales in existing major account companies, to develop new business opportunities, and to broaden the customer base. You will be highly mobile. We are looking for experienced people with a contact base and relationships in the electronics, computer, connector and cable industries.

Education:

Degree or higher diploma in a technical
discipline is an advantage.

Experience:

Ideal candidate will be aggressive, technically strong, and have a proven track record and experience in establishing an OEM customer base. A good knowledge and understanding of the needs of the market place in mobile/handheld interconnect applications and USB/IEEE would be an advantage. Working knowledge of CAD applications is a requirement

Job Description:

|
This successful individual will be responsible for the micro management of details for assigned projects, quotes, arranging for samples, technical liaison between customer, outside sales and factory, project record keeping and team participation with engineering, outside sales and manufacturing.
Responsible for detailed communications with the manufacturing facilities in Far East for quotations, lead times on orders, technical support, delivery schedules, shipping date and expediting of shipments. This is to include submission and control of purchase orders, tracking of shipments and invoicing.
Working with local vendors or consultants for sourcing, pricing or leadtimes as project requires.
Provide concise and complete status progress on all assigned accounts to manager.
Work with other worldwide sales and manufacturing offices on accounts requiring worldwide attention.
Little travel is required, except occasional visits to accounts.
