Manufacturing Locations    With ten facilities worldwide, Northstar can design, manufacture and deliver products to any location around the world. Continual investments in facilities, over one million square feet in manufacturing plant space, the latest equipment, new tooling and processes make Northstar well-equipped to offer a value-added manufacturing solution to its customers. In July 2002, Northstar announced the opening of its new factory in Dong Guan, China. This new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is Phase 3 of a major investment strategy launched by Northstar last year. It is also a major consolidation of several nearby facilities into one large production campus. Northstar also maintains manufacturing facilities at Chang-Zhou, Jiang-Su, China Northstar's continual expansion program is aimed at the enlargement of existing manufacturing plants to make measurable improvements in the quality and competitiveness of Northstar's products. All of Northstar's factories are ISO 9000 certified.
